Watch: Andrew faces New Police Investigation

Former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor faces a fresh police probe as officers investigate allegations that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked women to the royal Scottish residence, Balmoral.

Police Scotland has confirmed enquiries into stays at the King’s Highlands estate by the late convicted paedophile and his former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, who is in jail in the US.

Police Scotland said: ‘We have received information and active enquiries are ongoing, but these are at a very early stage.

‘All enquiries are evidence led, with the needs of victim survivors at the heart of those enquiries.

‘We would never confirm details of ongoing enquiries and it would be inappropriate to comment further.’

Forces including Thames Valley Police, the Metropolitan Police and Surrey Police have live investigations linked to the release of the Epstein files, the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) confirmed.

The NPCC said: ‘Identifying any further potential offending, suspects, victims or witnesses is a complex process and will take time, but UK policing remains committed to carrying out a meticulous assessment of the material released by the US Department of Justice.’

Andrew and Maxwell are said to have flown to Balmoral in 2006 on a private jet owned by Epstein.  Epstein and Maxwell were reportedly regular guests at royal residences in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

The Daily Express reported that the inquiries related to claims that women were trafficked to the estate.

    Andrew denies any wrongdoing.

Pictures previously released by the Department of Justice in the US appeared to show Andrew and Epstein on a shooting trip on the grounds of the sprawling residence.

Located in the Scottish Highlands, Balmoral Castle has belonged to the Royal Family since 1852 when Queen Victoria and Prince Albert acquired the estate.

The castle has been described as “a treasured retreat for the Royal Family” and was where Queen Elizabeth II died at the age of 96 in 2022.

  • William ‘Rejects’ Harry- Does Reaction Chime With You

William ‘Rejects’ Harry- Does Reaction Chime With You

Prince William has reportedly decided against reconciling with brother Prince Harry, as sources describe him as deeply hurt by past comments and focused on his royal role, reports The Mirror.

This comes as William and Catherine shared a new black-and-white portrait from Frogmore House ahead of a state banquet.

and the royals marked the 60th anniversary of the Aberfan disaster that claimed 144 lives by laying wreaths and meeting survivors.

Harry, back in the UK with Meghan and children Archie and Lilibet for their schooling and family proximity, told GQ he hopes things ‘work out’—though public views split on the timing and his efforts. Tensions persist as working royals handle engagements and Harry settles in.

Prince William has no plans to repair his strained relationship with his younger brother, Prince Harry, according to sources close to the future king.

A source close to William said: “There isn’t a world right now where the Prince of Wales can imagine repairing the relationship with his brother. He remains deeply hurt over the many things the Duke of Sussex has said publicly about him and other family members.

“Look at what the family is doing just this week: a significantly important State Visit, commemorating the tragedy that occurred in Aberfan 60 years ago, and preparations being made for major royal tours in the immediate future. He has no intention of engaging with Harry.

“This is what matters to the Prince and Princess of Wales, and the King and Queen – and that certainly doesn’t include responding to the Duke of Sussex every time he pops up doing yet another interview.”

The comments come after Harry expressed hope for a family reconciliation in a recent interview with GQ, saying he wanted to move beyond past disagreements and rebuild relationships with his father, King Charles, and brother.

Harry and Meghan stepped back from royal duties in 2020 and moved to California, later sharing their experiences of royal life through a Netflix documentary and Harry’s memoir. Their public comments about the Royal Family have reportedly left relations with senior royals strained.

A source close to William said the Prince remained deeply hurt by Harry’s public statements and was focused on royal responsibilities rather than engaging in further discussions about the family rift.

During his interview, Harry acknowledged the difficulties within his family but said reconciliation remained important to him. “Some people don’t want it to work out. I want it to work out,” he said.

A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex clarified that Harry’s remarks were not intended as a criticism of William or any other family member, but were made in a general context.

    Kensington Palace declined to comment.

In response, Simon Danczuk wrote: “Thank goodness for Prince William, not prepared to entertain Harry and Meghan’s nonsense. The British people deserve relief from these two wannabe royals. The sooner they skulk off back to the US the better for all of us.”

How do you feel about William’s comments?

Watch: Piers Morgan Savages Harry’s Reconciliation Aim

Prince Harry has spoken of how he would like to “reconcile” with his family.

He made the comments in an interview with GQ magazine, recorded in New York in September and released today.

Describing his relationship with the royals, Harry said: “Some people don’t want it to work out. I want it to work out.”

Harry went on: “With everything else that’s going on in the world, the most important thing is to reconcile – that’s the key point.

“Scars stick around forever. But what your perception is, and what your mindset is to those things that have happened, letting go of the past, that’s something that I would encourage everybody to do.

“If there [are] certain things from the past that are still affecting you every day, that’s harder to let go of. But, for me, there’s enough drama in the world and enough drama in people’s lives to continue with issues with family.”

Following the interview, a spokesman for the Sussexes said it was “absolutely not intended as a swipe at his brother or any other member of his family. The comment was made in a general context and was not directed at his family in any way.”

GQ Magazine shared the exclusive interview clip and wrote: “Prince Harry opens up about his relationship with his father and brother: “’With everything else that’s going on in the world, the most important thing is to reconcile.’”

Piers Morgan shared the clip and wrote: “Flame-thrower wants to make peace with the people whose houses he torched and is baffled they’re not interested…”

Do you agree with this comment?

“Harry preaching reconciliation is like an arsonist offering fire safety lessons. After Spare, Netflix, endless interviews and years of publicly airing family grievances, he’s suddenly discovered the importance of making peace. How touching. Here’s a revolutionary idea, Harry: Stop discussing your family’s private affairs with journalists and try speaking to your family privately.”

While over at the royal family’s social media space, it was a celebratory feeling. The official account wrote: “Finishing touches ahead of this evening’s State Banquet… ✨

“Tonight, The King and Queen will host a State Banquet for the Sultan of Oman at Windsor Castle.

“☕️ Inspired by the Omani ritual of Kahwa, a collection of special teas will be served.

“While Kahwa is traditionally a spiced coffee, the concept has been adapted to draw on the long-standing British love of tea while preserving the aromatic spices and flavours that make Kahwa so distinctive: fragrant cardamom, delicate rose, sweet dates, and gentle warming spices.

‘Guests will be invited to choose from an Iced Earl Grey & Date, an Iced Mint & Rose, or a Warm Cardamom-Spiced Blend sweetened with Windsor Honey.

‘Together, they reflect the warmth and hospitality shared by both Omani and British traditions.”

  • King Charles Faces Biggest Test as Monarch

King Charles Faces Biggest Test as Monarch

King Charles III’s upcoming visit to the Caribbean will focus on the longstanding relationship between Britain and Guyana rather than being defined solely by the debate over slavery reparations, Guyana’s President, Dr Irfaan Ali, has said.

The King is due to undertake a high-profile Caribbean tour later this month, including a visit to Guyana and an official Realm Visit to the Bahamas. The trip comes amid renewed calls for Britain to address the lasting consequences of slavery and colonialism through reparatory justice.

President Ali has called for a mature and constructive discussion about reparations, arguing that the issue should focus on addressing the deep-rooted inequalities created by slavery rather than being portrayed as a demand for financial payback or charitable assistance.

Speaking ahead of the King’s visit, Dr Ali said the monarch would receive a warm welcome in Guyana, highlighting the country’s tradition of hospitality and the King’s longstanding engagement with the nation.

He reaffirmed Guyana’s commitment to pursuing reparations, describing slavery as one of the greatest indignities inflicted on humanity. However, he emphasised that the royal visit encompasses a much broader relationship between the two countries.

According to the Guyanese president, the visit should also be understood in the context of the King’s environmental advocacy, his support for Guyana’s international profile and the shared interest in protecting forests, addressing climate change and promoting sustainable development.

The Continuing Debate Over Slavery Reparations

The question of reparations remains a sensitive issue across the Caribbean, where campaigners and political leaders have called on Britain and other former colonial powers to acknowledge the enduring consequences of slavery.

Guyana’s history is deeply connected to the transatlantic slave trade. Under Dutch and later British colonial rule, tens of thousands of enslaved Africans were transported to the territory and forced to work on plantations, particularly in the sugar industry. The brutal conditions, exploitation and lasting social inequalities of that period continue to shape discussions about historical responsibility.

Reparations advocates argue that the effects of slavery did not end with emancipation. They maintain that the economic disadvantages, racial inequalities and institutional legacies created during centuries of colonial exploitation continue to affect Caribbean societies.

Proposals for reparatory justice vary considerably. Some campaigners advocate direct financial compensation, while others support investment in education, healthcare, economic development, cultural restoration and other programmes intended to address the long-term consequences of slavery.

In the Bahamas, campaigners have urged the King to ensure that his visit is accompanied by meaningful action rather than symbolic gestures alone.

Nevertheless, British government ministers have given no indication that the King will be asked to issue a formal apology or offer financial compensation to Caribbean nations.

Britain Maintains Its Position on Financial Compensation

The UK Government continues to reject calls for financial reparations for historical slavery. Officials argue that Britain has no legal obligation to provide compensation for historical acts, particularly where those acts were not unlawful under the international legal framework of the time.

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office has reiterated that the Government will not pay financial reparations, while acknowledging the horrific nature of the transatlantic slave trade and the continuing effects of its legacy.

Concerns have also been raised within government circles about the legal implications of a formal apology. Some officials fear that such a statement could strengthen claims for compensation and establish a precedent for similar demands from other former colonies.

Britain’s extensive colonial history means that any change in its position could have implications well beyond Guyana and the Caribbean.

The Government’s stance has frustrated reparations campaigners, who argue that acknowledging historical suffering is not enough without concrete measures to address its consequences. They maintain that a meaningful response should recognise the connection between historical exploitation and present-day development inequalities.

    The King’s Constitutional Position

Buckingham Palace has emphasised that King Charles acts on the advice of the elected government in accordance with the UK’s constitutional arrangements.

This means that decisions concerning an official government apology or financial reparations are matters for ministers rather than the monarch acting independently.

However, royal officials have highlighted the King’s longstanding engagement with Commonwealth communities, educational initiatives and environmental causes.

His support for young people through The King’s Trust, alongside his involvement in Commonwealth education programmes, has been presented as part of his wider commitment to improving opportunities and addressing inequality.

The King has also previously expressed sorrow over aspects of the history of slavery and colonialism. Palace sources have indicated that the visit could provide an opportunity to reaffirm his personal commitment to confronting historical injustices without making a formal apology, which remains a matter for the Government.

    Environmental Cooperation Offers Common Ground

Despite the continuing disagreements over reparations, the King’s visit is expected to highlight areas of cooperation between Britain and Guyana.

Environmental protection is particularly significant. Guyana possesses extensive rainforest ecosystems that play an important role in biodiversity conservation and climate regulation. The country’s efforts to protect its forests and develop sustainable economic opportunities have attracted international attention.

King Charles has spent decades campaigning on environmental issues, including rainforest conservation, climate change and the protection of Indigenous communities.

For many people in Guyana, these areas of shared interest remain an important part of the relationship between the monarch and the country.

President Ali’s remarks suggest that the visit should be viewed in the context of this broader partnership, encompassing environmental protection, international cooperation and development, alongside the difficult questions surrounding slavery and reparatory justice.

A Visit Shaped by History and the Future

The King’s Caribbean tour comes at a time when questions of historical responsibility remain firmly on the political agenda. While Guyana continues to advocate for reparations, its president has made clear that the royal visit should not be reduced to a single issue.

The challenge for Britain will be to acknowledge the suffering caused by slavery and its lasting consequences while navigating the Government’s refusal to provide financial compensation.

For campaigners, the central question remains whether expressions of regret and commitments to future cooperation can adequately address the historical injustices experienced by enslaved people and their descendants.

For Guyana, the visit offers an opportunity to strengthen international partnerships, promote environmental priorities and continue pressing for a serious discussion about reparatory justice.

Ultimately, the significance of the tour will depend on whether the dialogue surrounding historical injustice can lead to a deeper understanding of the past and meaningful cooperation in addressing inequalities that persist today.

The Phrase Harry & Meghan Hate – Reactions

Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly object to the term ‘working members of the royal family’, with a friend of the couple describing it as a “lazy” label.

The phrase is traditionally used to refer to royals who carry out official engagements on behalf of the monarchy. However, Harry and Meghan are said to take issue with the distinction, arguing that they remain members of the royal family while pursuing their own professional commitments.

The couple, who undertook their first joint public engagements since returning to the UK in Nottingham last week, reportedly believe the term fails to reflect their working lives.

Speaking to The Sunday Times, a friend said: “‘Working members of the royal family’ is a really lazy phrase. He hates it, she hates it.

“They are not ‘working’ for the institution but they are members of the royal family and they work. Their days are built around their family life and their work. She’s running a business seven days a week.”

The friend added: “Things like Nottingham aren’t done in the name of the institution or the crown, but Harry is the son of the King, he is still a member of the royal family, he’s just not a member of the institution. It’s misleading to call them ‘former royals’. It has an impact on how they’re perceived and the way people talk about them.”

The comments are likely to further escape tension between Harry and Meghan and the royal family.

Footage of Harry & Will eating goes viral

The Duke of Sussex licked icing from his hand as he and the Duchess of Sussex frosted birthday cupcakes during their final appearance in Nottingham.

Meghan laughed as Harry repeatedly tried to remove the sweet glaze from his fingers, as they both held piping bags.

The duchess, who shared cooking tips on her Netflix show With Love, Meghan, took on the icing task in a neat fashion, while Harry adopted a more haphazard approach.

Prince Harry had a little trouble while trying to frost birthday cupcakes alongside the Duchess of Sussex during their final appearance in Nottingham.

The pair were visiting youth charity Epic Partners, and were arranging the cupcakes for chief operating officer Michaela Castillo-Williams, who turned 30 on Thursday.

After the trip, a clip of Meghan and Harry cupcake decorating was shared, and a lot of people noticed Harry’s lack of food hygiene.

One person wrote: “After licking frosting off his fingers and coat sleeve, he went back to frosting cupcakes- gag🤮

    “Wash your hands Boo.”

Another shared a video of Wills and Kate, and wrote: “My god, this is why harry and Meghan Markle truly are bottom of the food chain. Prince William and Catherine Princess of Wales are so elegant and even fun in the kitchen setting.”

One person wrote: “Safe food handling protocols say that food preparers wear gloves or wash hands immediately before touching food.

“Absolutely NO licking hands during preparation or wiping them down one’s front!”

  • Why Nottingham Has Special Place For Meghan & Harry

Why Nottingham Has Special Place For Meghan & Harry

Handshakes, hugs and selfies! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are back making headlines after stepping out together in Nottingham — and the city holds a special place in their love story.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have returned to the British spotlight, making their joint public appearance in Nottingham on Thursday, 15 October 2026.

And this wasn’t just another day out.

The couple returned to the very city where they made their first joint public appearance following their engagement announcement back in December 2017. Almost nine years later, they were back — but this time, their focus was firmly on community causes rather than royal duties.

HUGS, SELFIES & A WARM WELCOME!

Harry and Meghan were greeted by well-wishers as they arrived in Nottingham, with the couple taking time to shake hands, pose for selfies and chat with members of the public.

Meghan was reportedly heard saying it was “great to be back” — a simple comment that added a personal touch to their return.

For royal watchers, the appearance was significant. Joint UK outings by the Sussexes have become increasingly rare since they stepped back from their roles as senior working royals in 2020.

    THREE STOPS, THREE IMPORTANT CAUSES

The couple’s day was all about meeting people and shining a light on organisations making a difference.

❤️ Community Recording Studio, St Ann’s

Harry and Meghan met young people involved in creative activities, including programmes using music, sport and performance to build confidence and develop new skills.

    ❤️ Himmah Hub

The Sussexes visited the Nottingham-based food poverty charity, with Meghan taking part in community kitchen activities and reconnecting with women linked to the Hubb Community Kitchen project.

    ❤️ Epic Partners

Their visit also highlighted the work of this youth organisation, which supports young people and families through mentoring, sport and community programmes.

The message behind the engagements was clear: local organisations and the people working tirelessly within them deserve recognition.

Nottingham was where Harry and Meghan first appeared together publicly following their engagement in 2017.

Their return almost nine years later creates a striking full-circle moment — from a newly engaged couple introducing themselves to the British public to a married couple pursuing charitable work on their own terms.

But there is an important distinction.

The Sussexes’ latest engagements are not official royal duties. They continue to operate as private citizens, with their public activities focused on causes they choose to support independently.

MEGHAN’S UK RETURN: A MOMENT TO WATCH?

For Meghan, the Nottingham appearance marks her return to public engagements on British soil after a lengthy absence. Her last major public appearance in the UK was at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September 2022.

Her latest outing will inevitably attract attention, particularly as royal watchers continue to follow the Sussexes’ relationship with Britain and the Royal Family.

Whether this signals more joint UK appearances remains to be seen. But their Nottingham visit has certainly put the couple back in the headlines.

A NEW CHAPTER FOR HARRY AND MEGHAN?

Love them or loathe them, Harry and Meghan continue to generate enormous public interest.

Their Nottingham visit combined a nostalgic return to the city where their public story began with a focus on youth support, food poverty and community initiatives.

Rather than representing the monarchy, the couple are carving out their own path through charitable engagement and independent public appearances.

One thing is certain: Harry and Meghan are back in the British spotlight — and all eyes will be on what they do next!

What do you think? Is this the start of more UK appearances from the Sussexes, or simply a one-off visit close to their hearts?

  • Why Camilla Finds Charles’ Habit So Off-Putting

Why Camilla Finds Charles’ Habit So Off-Putting

Even royal life comes with its little irritations! Queen Camilla has lifted the lid on a surprisingly ordinary evening ritual with King Charles — and revealed the one thing her husband does that can leave her tearing her hair out.

Forget royal scandals and palace drama. This time, the culprit is a good book, a quiet evening and a King who simply cannot stop himself from bursting into laughter!

In a candid moment from the BBC documentary The Book That Changed My Life, Camilla reveals that she and Charles enjoy sitting together and reading before dinner at Clarence House. But their peaceful routine comes with one rather noisy twist: the King’s sudden fits of laughter can completely ruin her concentration.

And while most people might simply tell their other half to keep the noise down, Camilla has admitted that Charles’ unexpected outbursts can leave her struggling to get back into her own book.

    Key Takeaways

    • Queen Camilla has revealed the amusing habit King Charles has during their quiet pre-dinner reading sessions.
    • The royal couple enjoys reading together at Clarence House before sitting down to dinner.
    • Camilla admits the King’s sudden bursts of laughter are “very off-putting” and can leave her in tears.
    • Charles reportedly enjoys biographies and the hilarious comic novels of P. G. Wodehouse.
    • Despite her playful complaint, Camilla describes their shared reading time as a lovely, peaceful part of their day.

King Charles’ Quiet Evening Routine Has One VERY Loud Twist!

You might imagine that life behind palace doors is all formal dinners, strict schedules and royal protocol. But it seems that even the King and Queen enjoy the same simple pleasures as millions of couples across the country.

Camilla has revealed that one of their favourite ways to unwind is to sit together and read quietly before dinner.

It sounds like the perfect recipe for a peaceful evening — until Charles gets stuck into a particularly funny passage!

According to Camilla, the King has a habit of suddenly bursting into loud laughter while she is trying to concentrate on her own book.

And once he starts, there is apparently no guarantee that the peace will return any time soon.

For a couple whose public appearances are usually marked by formal smiles and carefully choreographed engagements, the revelation offers a rather delightful glimpse into their private life.

‘VERY Off-Putting!’ Camilla’s Hilarious Complaint About Her Husband

The Queen has not exactly hidden her feelings about Charles’ noisy reading habit.

Camilla admits that when she is engrossed in a book, her husband’s sudden laughter can be incredibly distracting. She has described the behaviour as “very off-putting”, explaining that it can make it difficult to regain her concentration.

And the consequences can be rather dramatic!

Sometimes, the interruption leaves her unable to get back into the story. On other occasions, she has revealed that she finds herself in tears.

It is not a tale of royal rows or a marriage in trouble, however. Instead, it is the sort of everyday domestic annoyance that couples everywhere will recognise.

One partner wants peace and quiet, while the other is apparently having far too much fun to keep the noise down!

The difference, of course, is that this particular bookworm happens to be the King of the United Kingdom.

What on Earth Is Making Charles Laugh So Much?

So, what could possibly be so funny that the King cannot contain himself?

Charles is said to enjoy biographies as well as the comic novels of celebrated British author P. G. Wodehouse.

Known for his witty dialogue, ridiculous misunderstandings and wonderfully eccentric characters, Wodehouse has delighted readers for generations. His stories are packed with farcical situations and sharp humour, making them an understandable choice for anyone looking for a good laugh.

It is easy to imagine how a particularly amusing passage could set Charles off — even if his wife happens to be in the middle of a much more serious chapter!

Camilla’s revelation also highlights the couple’s different reading experiences. While she is attempting to immerse herself in her own book, Charles can apparently become so entertained by his that he forgets all about keeping the noise down.

For the Queen, it seems that having a book-loving husband comes with one unexpected downside: there is no guarantee of a quiet reading session.

Behind Palace Doors, Charles and Camilla Are Just Like Any Other Couple

For royal watchers, it is the ordinary nature of the story that makes it so appealing.

Charles and Camilla have spent years attending official engagements, meeting world leaders and carrying out the responsibilities that come with their positions. Yet their evening reading ritual sounds wonderfully familiar.

There are no grand ceremonies or extravagant celebrations involved. Just two people settling down with their books before dinner — and one of them occasionally laughing so loudly that the other loses her place.

Camilla has described the time they spend reading together as “a lovely, quiet time”, suggesting that she genuinely values the routine despite her husband’s occasional interruptions.

Her playful complaint does not suggest serious tension between the pair. Instead, it offers a glimpse of the comfort and familiarity that can develop in a long marriage.

After more than two decades of marriage, it seems even a King and Queen can have those little habits that leave their other half rolling their eyes.

Camilla’s Love of Books Takes Centre Stage

The revelation also shines a spotlight on Camilla’s long-standing passion for reading.

Books have played an important role in the Queen’s life, and she has become a prominent supporter of literacy and reading initiatives.

Her account of the couple’s nightly ritual offers a personal side to that interest, showing that books are not simply part of her public work but also something she enjoys in her private life.

The contrast between Camilla’s desire for quiet concentration and Charles’ apparently uncontrollable laughter makes the anecdote all the more entertaining.

After all, there are few things more frustrating than losing your place in a gripping book — especially when the person responsible is sitting right beside you!

Still, the fact that the couple continues to share the ritual suggests that Charles’ noisy moments have not put Camilla off their reading dates.

She may not always appreciate the soundtrack, but the time together clearly remains something she treasures.

Royal Fans Get a Rare Glimpse of Their Private Life

The story has attracted attention because it reveals something rarely seen during official royal appearances: the small, personal moments that make up life away from the cameras.

Rather than offering another tale of palace intrigue, Camilla’s confession presents the King as a man who can become completely carried away by a funny book.

It is an image that feels a world away from the formal figure seen at state occasions.

And for anyone who has ever been distracted by a partner’s noisy habits, the Queen’s confession may be particularly relatable.

The only real difference is that most people do not have to share their reading space with a monarch!

Queen Camilla’s candid revelation about King Charles’ pre-dinner reading habit has provided a charming glimpse into the couple’s life behind closed doors.

Their nightly ritual may begin with the promise of peace and quiet, but the King’s love of a good laugh can quickly turn it into something rather noisier.

Camilla might find his sudden outbursts “very off-putting”, but her affectionate account suggests that this is simply one of those familiar quirks that comes with sharing your life with someone.

And perhaps that is what makes the story so entertaining. Behind the royal titles, public duties and palace walls, Charles and Camilla still enjoy the ordinary pleasures of sitting down with a good book.

Although, if the King keeps laughing at the best bits, the Queen might have to start reading in another room!

Watch: Eugenie’s Charming Message Gives Rare Access

Eight years after exchanging vows at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, Princess Eugenie celebrated her wedding anniversary with a touching tribute to her husband, Jack Brooksbank. Rather than sharing a formal statement or revisiting photographs from their wedding day, the princess chose a candid family video that highlighted a tender moment between Jack and their youngest daughter, Adelaide.

Shared on October 12, 2026, the Instagram post offered a glimpse into the couple’s family life, placing the focus on everyday affection and fatherhood rather than royal tradition.

Princess Eugenie Shares a Personal Anniversary Message

Eugenie marked the occasion with a loving caption that began, “Happy 8 years married my love.” She went on to praise Jack for being “so thoughtful, caring,” describing him as the “best Dada there is to our 3.”

The message reflected the couple’s journey from their 2018 royal wedding to their life as parents of three young children. Their family includes sons August and Ernest, alongside their youngest daughter, Adelaide.

The affectionate tribute was accompanied by a video that captured Jack spending quiet time with the baby, offering followers a rare look at a relaxed moment away from the public eye.

Inside the Heartwarming Video of Jack Brooksbank and Baby Adelaide

The footage showed Jack cradling Adelaide, who was around two months old, while gently massaging her head and speaking softly to her. His calm and attentive manner provided the central moment of the anniversary tribute.

Instead of focusing on grand romantic gestures, Eugenie chose to celebrate the qualities she appreciates in her husband as a partner and father. The simple interaction conveyed warmth and tenderness, making the video a particularly personal way to mark their anniversary.

The clip was set to The Beatles’ Here Comes the Sun, adding to the hopeful, family-centred atmosphere of the post.

Although Eugenie occasionally shares photographs and updates about her family on social media, candid footage of Jack interacting with their children offers a more intimate perspective on their life together.

From a Royal Wedding to Family Life

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank married on October 12, 2018, at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. Their wedding brought together members of the Royal Family and other prominent guests, including Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.

Eight years later, the anniversary celebration reflected a different chapter in their relationship. Their lives now revolve around raising three children, and Eugenie’s tribute highlighted the importance of Jack’s role within their growing family.

    Their children are:

    • August Philip Hawke, born in 2021.
    • Ernest George Ronnie, born in 2023.
    • Adelaide Elizabeth Annina, born on August 3, 2026, in Lisbon, Portugal.

Adelaide’s arrival marked a new chapter for the family, making this anniversary particularly meaningful. Eugenie’s reference to Jack as the best father to their three children underscored how much their lives have changed since their wedding day.

The family also maintains connections to both the United Kingdom and Portugal, reflecting the international dimension of their personal and professional lives.

A Special Anniversary Following Adelaide’s Birth

This year’s celebration was the couple’s first wedding anniversary since welcoming Adelaide. The timing gave Eugenie’s message an added layer of significance, as the couple marked eight years of marriage while adjusting to life with their newest addition.

By choosing a video of Jack caring for their daughter, Eugenie celebrated not only their relationship but also the family they have built together. Her words highlighted his thoughtfulness and affection, qualities that were particularly evident in the quiet interaction captured on camera.

The post also demonstrated Eugenie’s preference for sharing personal milestones in her own way. Rather than relying on a traditional anniversary portrait, she offered a glimpse of a moment that appeared to be part of the family’s everyday routine.

Why Princess Eugenie’s Tribute Stands Out

Royal anniversaries often attract attention through official photographs, public appearances and carefully prepared statements. Eugenie’s approach was more understated, focusing on a spontaneous family moment instead of the spectacle surrounding her wedding.

The video’s appeal lay in its simplicity. Jack gently comforting Adelaide, combined with Eugenie’s affectionate words, offered a portrait of their marriage that centred on companionship, parenting and shared family life.

It also reflected the evolution of their relationship over eight years. What began with a celebrated royal wedding has grown into a family life shaped by the arrival of three children and the everyday responsibilities of parenthood.

Meghan Markle spotted for first time with major figure

Meghan Markle has stepped back into London’s spotlight — and, naturally, all eyes are on what she wore, who she met and what this latest appearance could mean for her future in Britain.

One dinner. One luxury London hotel. And one very high-profile guest.

Meghan Markle has been spotted dining with Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai at the glamorous Claridge’s hotel in Mayfair, in what has been reported as her first confirmed public appearance in central London since her family’s reported return to Britain.

The October 7 outing is already generating plenty of chatter, with fashion watchers reportedly putting the value of Meghan’s outfit and jewellery at a staggering £28,000.

    Subtle? Hardly.

The Duchess of Sussex has spent years under intense media scrutiny, but this latest sighting has reignited the debate over what her next chapter in the UK might look like.

Is Meghan quietly rebuilding her public presence — or is every appearance destined to become a headline-grabbing event?

From California sunshine to London’s most exclusive tables

According to reports, Meghan, Prince Harry and their children, Archie and Lilibet, returned to Britain from California in late August 2026, after nearly six years based in the United States.

Since then, speculation has swirled about when Meghan would be seen out and about in the capital.

Her reported appearance at an 18th-century Cotswolds pub on September 21, alongside celebrity friends Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, offered an earlier glimpse of her life back in Britain.

But Claridge’s is an entirely different setting.

The legendary Mayfair hotel is synonymous with luxury, discretion and A-list glamour. And dining there with Malala, one of the world’s best-known advocates for girls’ education, was always likely to attract attention.

The meeting also brings the spotlight back to Meghan’s advocacy work — an area in which she and Malala have previously shared interests.

Could this be the beginning of a more visible chapter for Meghan on British soil?

    The £28,000 question!

Of course, no Meghan appearance would be complete without a fashion post-mortem.

Estimates circulating in fashion coverage have reportedly placed the value of her outfit and jewellery at around £28,000.

That’s enough to make even the most enthusiastic luxury shopper sit up and take notice!

For admirers, Meghan’s polished style is part of her appeal. They see a woman who understands the power of presentation and knows how to command attention without stepping onto a royal balcony.

Critics, meanwhile, may question the optics of such an expensive look during a period when the Sussexes’ relationship with the British public remains a subject of debate.

And therein lies the Meghan dilemma: whatever she wears, somebody has an opinion.

A simple outfit can become a fashion statement. A designer accessory can become a talking point. And a dinner reservation can turn into an international news story.

Love her or loathe her, Meghan remains a headline magnet.

A carefully timed return to the spotlight?

The sequence of events has also raised questions about how Meghan intends to approach public life in Britain.

Her reported countryside outing with close friends was relatively informal. The Claridge’s dinner, by contrast, involved a globally recognised humanitarian and took place at one of London’s best-known luxury hotels.

Some observers may interpret the two appearances as a measured reintroduction to British public life.

Others will argue that a private dinner is simply a private dinner — and that reading too much into it risks turning every Sussex outing into a royal chess game.

    Both arguments have merit.

Importantly, Meghan’s dinner with Malala does not, by itself, establish that she is returning to official royal duties. Nor does it confirm a new formal role in Britain.

But it does provide another opportunity to consider how she might continue her charitable interests while living outside the traditional working-royal structure.

    And what about Harry?

Prince Harry has also attracted attention since the family’s reported move back to Britain, with his own public appearances prompting renewed interest in the Sussexes’ future.

The big question is whether the couple will gradually establish a more visible life in the UK — or continue to choose carefully when and where they appear.

For the Palace watchers, every outing will invite comparisons with the working royals and their official engagements.

For Team Sussex, however, the argument is straightforward: Meghan and Harry should be able to pursue their interests, support causes they care about and live their lives without every decision being interpreted as a challenge to the monarchy.

One thing is certain: the fascination surrounding the couple shows little sign of disappearing.

    The verdict

Meghan’s reported dinner with Malala has all the ingredients of a classic celebrity-royal story: an exclusive London venue, a famous humanitarian guest, a headline-making wardrobe estimate and a family whose every move attracts scrutiny.

But whether this marks a significant new chapter or simply an evening out remains to be seen.

For now, the Duchess is back in the London conversation — and the questions are coming thick and fast.

Will we see more of Meghan in the capital? Will her advocacy work take on a more prominent British dimension? And how will her new life in the UK sit alongside the monarchy she and Harry stepped away from?

One dinner has certainly given royal watchers plenty to discuss.

And if Meghan was hoping for a quiet evening, the headlines suggest that London had other ideas.
